Summer Kids, Tweens, Teens Schedule:

  • AllStar Yoga Camp (Ages 5-8), August 5-8, 9am-12pm, Register at Roots to Wings

    Have fun, create and explore yoga and mindfulness in this special 4 day camp co-led by Beth Houlihan and Christina Gardner-Burns. Open to both boys and girls, AllStar Yoga Camp will include learning traditional and unique yoga poses, mindful breathing, and kid-friendly meditations, as we explore our innerstars through games, crafts & activities like creating tea-light meditation star jars, special star chains and glow in the dark star rocks. Kids will also leave with a keepsake yoga journal to inspire the practice of yoga & mindfulness and self-reflection. Throughout the camp we will focus on empowering kids to take risks, embrace imperfection and connect to their compassionate, confident and bright star-light within. Cost for camp is $185 and includes supplies, as well as a daily snack.

  • Yoga Camp for Tweens: Practice Stellar Self Care! (Ages 9-12), August 12-15, 9am-12pm, Register at Roots to Wings

    Join Roots to Wings Teachers Beth Houlihan and Christina Gardner-Burns for a fun, mindful and dynamic four-day yoga experience. Tween Yoga Camp will include empowering and creative yoga sessions, group discussions about yoga and mindfulness, journaling and self-care crafts and activities like DIY Bath Salts, Dream Pillows, Confidence Books & Aromatherapy. We’ll culminate in a full ‘self-care’ day, with restorative poses, massages and smoothies. All activities, discussions and breathing/pranayama exercises will be geared toward empowering kids to be strong self-care warriors — confident, compassionate and happy! Cost: $185 and includes supplies, as well as a daily snack.
