Happy Feet! Workshop
Your feet are your foundation; the key to keeping you mobile and active. Critical to your health, they are often forgotten about and neglected (until they speak up and demand our attention: hello bunions).
In this workshop you will explore your stance & gait, and wake up your feet with special foot exercises that strengthen and stretch feet.
This class is designed for a practitioner who has a basic understanding of yoga. Note: this is not a workshop to address personal foot issues, however common foot ailments will be discussed.
Come give your feet some much-deserved attention and love!
