I have found a new love: Magic Honey, provincially known as garlic honey. Recently, I sautéed Shitake mushrooms using my usual methods, added a touch of soy sauce towards the end and then the game changer: drizzled Magic Honey all over them. Holy Moly. The umami flavor - and sweet-savory explosion - that was revealed created an entirely new Shitake mushroom sensation in not just my tastebuds, but my heart, soul & body as well. Plus my immune system received a sweet boost. After consuming this delightful treat, I left feeling a changed person. Golden.
